- 10 oz bag of Outlaw Snax Crazy Queso Chips
- 1
- 15 oz Can/Jar of Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
- 1 lb
- Spicy Pork Sausage
- 2-3
- Jalapenos, sliced thin
- 2 oz
- Pickled Onions, drained
- 1 tbsp
- Cilantro, chopped (optional)

Step 1:
On a large serving platter, lay out ⅓ of the Crazy Queso chips.
Step 2:
In a skillet, cook pork sausage until golden brown, breaking up into small pieces during the cooking process. Remove extra grease from pan. Keep sausage warm.
Step 3:
Warm queso cheese per package instructions.
Step 4:
Drizzle ⅓ of the queso on the layered chips.
Step 5:
Add ⅓ of the sausage, pickled onions, jalapenos and cilantro.
Step 6:
Add another layer of Crazy Queso chips and repeat the layers of sausage, pickled onions, jalapenos and cilantro. Add a third layer of all of the ingredients.
Step 7:
Serve immediately and enjoy!
